Routine server reset

I've got something to add to the suggestions here. @Ryan @Ramzi

Get a routine on when you reset the server, so that we can avoid the 10 second wait in between our characters moving. Find 1-2 days a week where it is down for 5 minutes so we can avoid getting this lagg. Second time in a month the lagg is unplayable now. Really shouldn't be that hard to get a routine reset. Your other server seem to be doing a lot better when it comes to routine resets and no lagg. Don't forget we're over 100 people playing on RuneX too. 

I am sure I speak for 99% of the donators on the server. We support the server for it's good content and to make sure the server can be as good as possible. What we don't support is the 10 second lagg we're getting more and more frequently this month. Also, both times this have happened now, the staff that have been aware of the lagg have been completely incapable of doing anything about it. Other than leave Ryan a message on his inbox saying the server need a reset. Takes hours from the lagg is bad till it's taken care of. 

Get a routine for resets to clear the cache. It's not fair for anyone who have put a lot of time into the server to sit here and wait for someone to wake up or come back from the shop, or whatever we're waiting for. With a routine reset this won't happen. So get one..

I definitely didn't donate for this much lag.  I know people are going to bitch saying "get over it, it happens" and they're right it does happen.  But there's no need to lag this much this often.  This could easily be avoided and I'm not quite sure why it hasn't yet.  

We need server restarts at least once a week or every other week.  I'd much rather be offline for 5-10 minutes than dread playing for hours on end waiting for someone to restart manually.

Thank you for your suggestion! We have been looking into the cause for these issues, but I definitely agree that routine resets/cleanups will be necessary until the problem is fully diagnosed. I'll make plans to solidify a schedule for this as soon as possible.

Good, because as a new player this lag makes it hard to want to stay & keep playing.
