The logic in this is so flawed.

What stops him from winning and not having to pay out 

What stops him from quitting if you win and you get no pay out, admins wouldn't be responsible to pay you out for winning this gamble.

All risk no reward. Seems pointless to me.

and iirc, before the rules were updated, i'm pretty sure there was something about gambling with items you don't have.
