Content Updates:

  • Skilling pets
    • You can now receive pets while you are training skills!
    • Your game mode will effect the rate in which you receive these pets.
    • The following pets can now be obtained:
      • Rift guardians (unique for each altar)
      • Baby chinchompa (gold)
      • Beaver
      • Heron
      • Giant squirrel
      • Rocky
      • Rock golem
  • New slayer helmets
    • For 1,000 slayer points, you can now get an upgraded slayer helmet (i)!
    • Melee slayer helmet
      • Red color variant
      • Slayer helmet (i) with improved stats in melee
    • Range slayer helmet
      • Green color variant
      • Slayer helmet (i) with improved stats in range
    • Magic slayer helmet
      • Black color variant
      • Slayer helmet (i) with improved stats in magic
  • Item breaking
    • Most untradeable items will now break when you die in the wild
    • You must pay a gold fee to repair them.
      • Repair-dwarf located south of shops at home!
      • The cost depends on the item
    • The player who kills you will receive half of the gold fee as a drop.
  • Dragonfire shield
    • Cooldown has been increased to two minutes
    • Using the effect now requires dragon breath charges, which can now be collected while fighting dragons
    • The stats remain the same with or without charges, unlike traditional RS
  • Slayer pets
    • Diamond of soulsteal and garnet of entrapment now can give pets for all slayer monsters
      • Yes, even chickens!
      • But, this does NOT include bosses
  • Zulrah items
    • Trident of the swamps is now craftable!
      • Does not require rune charge, but does require zulrah scales
      • Note: tridents are usable against players in the wilderness
    • Toxic staff of the dead now requires zulrah scale charging
  • New achievements
    • Collaterally Damaged I, II & III
      • Easy mode
      • Acquired simply by dealing damage!
  • Made some more improvements with combat pathfinding versus players
    • There should be less instances of "not hitting" when chasing players with magic, etc.
    • This is a work in progress; we'd appreciate reports on any other issues with the mechanics
  • Clicking skills on the skill tab now gives a brief guide of level requirements and advancements
  • You will no longer see hovers or click options for summoning familiars that don't belong to you

Bug Fixes and Tweaks:

  • Kalphite queen now switches between magic and range attack styles, rather than shooting both at once
    • Green projectile: magic
    • White projectile: range
  • Fixed kalphite queen safespotting
    • Kalphite queen now attacks from a distance with it's ranged and magic abilities
  • Fixed safespotting at corporeal beast
    • For the time being, corporeal beast will not have clipping on the edges/walls of the boss room
    • This should prevent people from safespotting against his melee attacks
  • Lowered magic damage of Corporeal Beast attacks
  • Ring of the gods is now tradeable
  • Kraken tentacle and other zulrah items are now tradeable
  • Ahrim's staff is now 2-handed
  • Tweaked ruby bolt (e) effect frequency
  • Fletching bolt tips now finishes the entire inventory when selecting "make-all"
  • Crossbow enchant spell will now attempt to enchant 10 sets of bolts per cast, rather than just one (gives x10 exp, costs x10 runes, etc.)
    • If you have less than 10 sets, it will enchant however many you have instead
  • Re-arranged ancients spells in the magic tab to locations identical to OSRS
  • Fixed cannon killing AFK patrol guards
  • Tome of fire now shows as an infinite fire resources in the magic spell tab
  • Fixed decorative helmets in new school graphics
  • Rogue armor is now untradeable
  • Fixed yak familiar special on noted items
  • Fixed yak familiar head icon for summoning tab
  • Fixed graphics/projectiles/animations for trident spells

@ the untradables the killer gets half the repair cost. 

I killed a player that attacked me at ankous and I dropped him, but on his death his loot showed like 6 options of coins to pick up. I just thought it was bugged, so I only picked up like one or two and left. I realized I had only 5m and he told me his repair cost was 22m, so I should of had 11m. It would be great if you could engineer it so that the coin drops are one loot, instead of several different coin loots. In wildy, the idea is to loot as quickly as possible, but this kind of slows down that process unfortunately. 

Other then that, fantastic updates! Please keep them going. I am loving this server and love watching it grow so fast and all of the work you developers put into it!
