Donation Transfer

Hey everyone!

I want to do a donator transfer from 3 separate accounts to my main. I talked with L4zy and I was told that I needed to make 1 ticket and give 30b. 

May I please transfer my donator ranks from " Banzaiii " - " Bali "  all going to my main " Bansaii"

Each of these accounts have 1k+ rank and excluding, " Banzaiii " which i just de ironed,  haven't been played on in a long time. Its time for me to finally get cosmic rank. Im coming back to the game with a new approach and I am looking forward to having cosmic rank to get me there. 

I did have one question though... I know getting cosmic rank in game gives a grand promo package just like mythic does. Would it be possible for me to receive that as well? I would be soooooo happy if that could be made to happen. If not, understand.

Hey @Bansaii Upon looking into the accounts it appears that "mini wheats" are not your account. And therefore you can't take the donation from it.
Please get in contact with a ingame staff to have 10b of the 30b total returned to you.

Hey! 

1 of two things... Im having trouble even playing rn... I am getting a "error connecting to server" and i havent been on since yday morning. Once I fix this issue, ill pm in game.

Secondly. Mini Wheats is in fact my account. Does my mac address show differently for the origin? I had an older mac laptop that no longer works,. If the issue is because the account wasn't created from this exact computer, well then I guess i cant do anything about it. I have the computer, could even take photo / vid that it doesnt work haha but other than that, I guess i gotta take it...  I made Mini wheats what almost 2 years ago. Its got legend rank and I can log in to it to prove if you need. Password and pin ect.

Again, I cant even play for whatever reason. I was on yday morning and came back in the afternoon and couldn't connect. I deleted my java and all cache / runex files  redownloaded everything including the quick mac fix jar file and still wont connect. I may make a separate ticket for that, but I wont be on until then.

Sorry to hear about the error connecting to server issue, this may be a router issue, try to reset your router to free up a new connection and then try again.
Otherwise please contact me on discord and I will try to do some troubleshooting with you.

Hey so i dont know what the issue was... but after 4 days i can get back on the server. I couldnt tell you why its working now haha but im happy that i figured out the issue. Im on a mac so thats my first problem hahahahha. 

Anyways, I just logged in a few moments ago. 

I am a little confused.... According to this ticket, only 1 of the accounts was claimed to not be mine, and i was told to collect 10b back from staff. Well... none of the other 2 donor transfers went through either.... so wouldn't I be getting 30b back?

Even though all three of the accounts are in fact my accounts, 2 of them should have been transferred already according to your response. 

Im not upset, again just a little confused by the whole situation. Do I get my 30b back so I can restart the ticket process or what do you recommend.

The ticket have simply not been completed yet. So the other 2 is still waiting for Ramzi to sort out.
The 1 have been canceled, so you can ask a ingame staff to provide you the 10b for the 1 account that were not able to confirm its yours.
