Password recovery & maybe pin reset

Hello, I have tried to login into my account through the launcher but the reset password set for my account doesn't work says its invalid username or pass, but it has worked to get me back onto this forum acc.

I have made sure i am spelling correctly but looking like i might need a new password reset and maybe a new pin if i even set one on the acc, cant even remember  thanks !!

This can take between 24 - 48 hours, we appreciate your patience.

NOTE:
Your password and forums account passwords will only match on account creation, if changed on either platform after they will not match.

Your pin is 5 digits.
Cannot start with "0" and cannot be "12345"
