APPEAL & REQUEST

I, Melocoton, hereby request a formal investigation into the procedures and execution of Espen's unwarranted punishment imposed upon me. I understand that this request may be an inconvenience, but I respectfully request that it be given due consideration.

I have recently discovered the reason for my permanent IP ban, which was imposed by Espen on the assumption that I would engage in Real World Trading (RWT). The evidence used against me included my participation in a specific Discord server that exchanges OSRS currencies and a question I had asked a Runex moderator in Discord about Runex conversions. At the time of my ban, I was unaware of any violations of the rules and subsequently confessed to playing multiple accounts during the seasonal event, which I did not know was an offense, and I apologized.

The following is the chat exchange between myself and Espen:

I mean, you would be banned for that too. But you got IP banned for being involved with RWT.

I replied that I've never been involved in any RWT, etc to which he then said:

Not only do you ask to swap over ikov is allowed. But ur also part of RWT discords, as well as event farming. There is too many alarms going off that would result in being a issue. That being said I raither remove you now before it would hurt to get removed. Then wait for you attempting to RWT and remove you then. Works out better for both of us.

It should be noted that Espen subsequently included event farming as a reason for my ban, although it was not included in the initial ban. The evidence and facts presented by Espen appear to be based on assumptions and bias, rather than concrete evidence of any wrongdoing on my part. I believe that Espen's actions and procedures in this matter demonstrate a lack of professionalism and impartiality as a person of authority.

I respectfully request that a formal investigation be conducted into not only my ban, but also into Espen's conduct and professionalism in this matter. I would also like to bring to light any other facts and evidence regarding this situation that may support my claim of unwarranted punishment.
