Lost items when banking at NM coffer

Hi,

I went to NM as usual to store some items, before i went in i dropped some items that i wanted to keep outside of the coffer. Went in and died as usual and came out to loot the items, and it was all gone.

I can't remember all the exact items, but it was twisted ancestral and some more, can you please look into this? There is no chance it took more than 1 minute to drop go into nm and die.
