Further nerf is needed to Torags

The Torag's hammers in there current state are much to powerful even after the nerf. They are advertised as a "MID GAME" set of weapons but offer significantly higher max hits to previous BIS set ups. The dark sunspear was considered by most to be a BIS item at terror (BIS with no only 1 valuable +1) but now the hammers offer a damage increase of 24.4%. The major issue with this is the time investment required to obtain these incredibly strong items. There is no reason one can justify keeping a set that takes at most 10% of the time to complete.

GRIND 1 

Rate for Torag's Hammers 1/16 / 10(potential items on rare table) = 1 in 160 for the realistic rate for BIS no risk terror weapon that beats out old BIS by 24.4% 

MAX HIT 97

*Grind 1 can realistically be completed in about 1 week with 3-6 hours of game play a day 21-42 hours (very safe estimate probably done much faster for most)

Grind 2 EZS

1000 elder Zammy shards (many can agree this is a much more time consuming grind albeit AFK that will take most players over 100 hours of afking to obtain the shards needed for the spear)

MAX HIT 67 (44% weaker than Torag's hammers) 

GRIND 3

Sunspear rate 1 in 555 (incredibly difficult boss in a dangerous area. This grind can take easily over 100 hours) 

Dark claw rate 1 in 500  (Time locked behind hundreds of hours of slayer)

This grind can will average people over 100 hours almost regardless of RNG. (most players partaking in this grind will spend well over 200 hours hunting these items)

My case is simple the current gear is far too powerful to be justified as mid game gear and even after the nerf still entirely devalues many weaker but much more difficult alternatives to obtain. 

MAX HIT 78 (24% weaker than Torag's Hammers)

Its pretty dumb the next tier after torags is crest+scythe yes
