Connor 41 Posted November 5, 2021 I believe they run separately of each other, they are two different games. Never played SPK though so I can't be 100%. The only way for you to find out is to try and launch Runex. If you do run into issues though, there are a lot of helpful guides on the forums that can probably solve your issue, I will include on here just in case you need to reference it.
