Suggestions to improve Skilling

I have two accounts one is a normal and my main which is a uim account. 
I would love to see a few updates to the skilling system which I would suggest.
1) Add the Farming Guild, and Farming Tasks, and Hiporia as well

2) Add in the Tree Patches as well for passive Farming exp

3) Add in Birdhouse Runs for Hunter, It great for passive exp  

4) Maybe add in a buyable scroll for Slayer Points to pick your slayer tasks like 1500 slayer points?

5) Add in Blast Furance, With the npc that sells ores as a reward for a achievement?

6) Add in the Crafting Guild 

7) Add Motherload mine Mini game

That all seems like a real lot of work, i only see tree patches being somewhat doable. Supporting it fully, the slayer task suggestion is somewhat lowkey dumb
