Vextars Server Support Application

Recommended Posts

1. Desired staff position: Server Support

2. Your name: Chris

3.  Your age: 24

4. Your time zone: (GMT+2)

5. Average amount of gameplay hours per game: 5-10+ daily

6. Why you should receive this position:

I would like to formally apply for the Server Support position on RuneX. I have had extensive experience with being staff as well as in real life Military experience with problem solving and problem resolution.

During my tenure, I have developed exceptional writing and editing skills and have designed and implemented highly successful communication strategies at a level equal to a server support position.

Working within a small team can come with many obstacles. My ability to give direct input without being invective towards other staff members would make for easy communication and room for discussion and to really apply critical thinking skills upon both ends. By accepting me as a new member of the team I can bring forth a new mindset with a calm and collective attitude towards not just staff but all players in general. Being able to play for multiple hours a day, both weekends and holidays included.

In addition, I have been responsible for benefits communications and employee relations, as well as liaising with the company’s clients and vendors to ensure that all projects are completed by established milestones. Being a staff member requires hard work and dedication, which is something I am more than fit for. Being both fair and impartial with rewards and punishments is a motto that I live by daily with most aspects in life.

These are just a few examples of my accomplishments and contributions. I hope that you will find that this brief view of my achievements describes a dedicated member with experience and skills to meet or exceed the requirements of the position of Server Support.

Best regards,

Chris (Vextar)

Never really seen you help out, only ever seen you speak about your crest collection log or “buying in name donations”

-1 for now.
