QoL - ::donate (Input Name)

As the title states, I would love to see an input name here option in the ::donate interface. This would be extremely useful and a major QoL update for many players. This removes the need to log into a player's account just to donate in their name. Players would still need a Middleman to set up the trade but it prevents any and all scams that could take place when someone has logged into your account.

Pros: Prevents scamming, much easier to handle, more security

Cons: Middleman is still necessary, coding aspect, QoL (not priority)

This has been a long awaited QoL update that I feel should have been implemented ages ago.
