Romp 52 Posted May 24, 2020 In this guide were gonna go over some common questions about the unique content on Runex. What do i do with Runex points and how do i obtain them? Spoiler RuneX points have a few different uses: - The Runex point store located at ::shops - They can be used to skip slayer and skilling tasks - They can be used to imbue a variety of items by the Imbue Wizard at the rc machine Useful items to buy with Runex points: - Cannonballs - Gilded/Crystal cannon - Rigour+Augury - Fighter Torso (can be upgradet at the imbue wizard with Runex points too) - Ava's Accumulator (t) - Bonecrusher (can be imbued at the enchantment chest) - Herbicide (can be imbued at the enchantment chest) - Charming imp - Void (can be upgradet at the enchantment chest) - Demonic totem You get RuneX points by simply playing the game (killing bosses etc). However, if you want to farm Runex points, theres a few things you can do: - Complete Achievements - Complete task scrolls - Open point mystery box/chests What do I do with Bloodmoney and how do I get it? Spoiler There are a few places where you can spend blood money. - Wildy trader north of home bank - Larry in cursed caverns - Cursed enchanter in cursed caverns Cursed caverns guide: Quote How to obtain blood money: - bags and sacks of riches - lava feather exchange in the lava maze - killing bosses and monsters in the wilderness - killing players in thhe wilderness - Cursed caskets What do I do with Boss points and how do I get them? Spoiler With boss points you can unlock very useful perks at the Beast Master west of the home bank. A good way to farm boss points until you have the Swift spawner perk is to kill Lizard Shamans. They have only 150 hp, low defence, and there are 3 spawns at the normal location. You should unlock the "Swift spawner" perk asap, as it will reduce the respawn time of bosses in your instance by 20 seconds, boosting your boss points/hr by quite a bit. To view a list of how many points each boss gives, talk to the Beast Master. How do i make a boss instance? Spoiler In order to unlock make boss instances you will need to build a Boss Portal Room in your POH. You will need to build a Scrying pool and the portal frame itself. To chose the location, click on the scrying pool in the middle and select the boss you want. To enter an instance, you will have to make a one-time sacrifice of the respective pet of the boss you want to make an instance for. It will also cost a fee of 1.5-2.5m everytime you want to enter. Ironman players DO NOT have to sacrifice pets or pay fees to enter. How do i kill Runedragons? Spoiler In order to kill Rune Dragons, you need to complete following requirements: 1) Kill 5 King Lava Dragons. - To kill King Lava Dragons, you will need 5 King Lava Dragon Teleport Scrolls. - KLD teleport scrolls can be aquired 4 ways: The Lava Chest, Lava Feather exchange, King Black Dragons and Lava dragons (you can buy them from other players aswell) - The KLD kill itself is simple. Pray melee, bring antifire + antivenom, and use and your best DPS setup. 2) Kill 100 Mithril Dragons. - Mithril dragons can be found here: - To kill them, bring antifire and your best DPS setup and pray melee. 3) Kill 100 Adamant Dragons. - Adamant Dragons are located north of the Mithril dragons, simply pass the barrier. - Adamant and Rune dragons will also use a range attack on top of the normal attack styles. Rune Dragons are located next to Adamant dragons. You can also kill them at Vip zone if you have Sponsor rank. We'll be continually updating this guide as we find more content to add, so stay tuned!
