It's good that you want to be a moderator and that you like helping people but you need to get yourself out there more in the community. I haven't heard of you before this application and I haven't at all seen you active in the chat helping in-game. All in all, you need to work on getting a foothold in-game and getting known by the community at least before you're taken seriously. It's a -1 from me.
