"Multi Logging" Issue

A couple of weeks back, Me and my brother were jailed for "Multi Logging".  My brother had made a post on the forums trying to explain that we were not doing anything wrong and that we were not "multi logging". James reached out to him on the post and Said the following "You were jailed on the account "Pibbxtra", you sat at jail, and never said anything. You were then jailed on your alt," We have tried explaining that we were not multi logging at all. Me and "Pibbxtra" live together, as we are brothers in real life. We do not play on each others computers as we both work the same work schedule. In my brothers post, James also said "And in future, if you wish to discuss a punishment you've received, do it through the appeal system, or through a staff members private messages.". Well i have reached out to James and Abigail on April 4th-5th and have not received a message back. Soo ive decided to make this post on the forums to hopefully reach. James, Abigail, or even Ryan. Me and my brother Both love this game and would love to continue to play this game together, but we are in fear that we will get jailed for "multi logging" again when in reality we are not. We both can send private messages of spinets or pictures of us on our own pc's, on our own accounts or anything than can prove that we are not trying to screw the system. Thanks in advance.

We discussed this with you on your last thread that you created.

You're fine to play, however;

If we believe that it's yourself playing on two computers, so if one character is moving and one isn't, whilst catching a kebbit, etc. We'll be having this discussion again.
If it is you and your brother, both on separate UID's. You shouldn't worry about anything that's being said.

This is the first post ive made. . I wanna say thanks for replying, i appreciate it.  But like i said earlier, we will do anything to prove that we are not multi logging. Have a good day sir.
