Mod Munchy 25 Posted April 8, 2020 Every account has a pin you make on creation, but doesn't always ask again for it if on the same connection. I can go ahead a put a ticket in for a reset for you to get this fixed though. Ryan or Ramzi will comment when it's completed. This May take 24-48 hours.
