UIM ::Empty issue

As a UIM, with task scroll in inventory, when you do the ::Empty command, it gives you a message "Task scroll has been sent to your bank" which, obviously is a problem, because now I cannot open new task bottles, because it says "You have a task scroll already".

Thanks for replying, 

The taks scrolls were all in Kharazi storage right now, because I was trying to do the event. I still cannot open task scrolls as of this morning.  I have one in my inv currently on the account, if you need for testing etc.
