Iron Husss 4 Posted December 11, 2019 Runex Client Troubleshooting (Windows) (Currently in work) Hey everyone, as many people seem to have problems loading the client, i tried to make a step-by-step troubleshooting list to fix any client problems. Many people already made a comprehensive guide about general client fixes, i just thought I'd add some other things and update the guide with pics. This are just some of the issues i know, would be pleased if you can contribute any knowledge, will update this post accordingly. Before doing any of these steps, click on the "Repair" button at the game launcher or download the Repair Tool at the link below. Download here: https://runex.io/assets/Repair%20Tool.jar Disclaimer: If your device is connected to a restricted network and you have general connection issues, none of these Fixes will probably work for you! Common Problems Spoiler Client freezes at any % while loading (mostly due to connection - read disclaimer above!) Launcher window just won't show up and nothing happens when you run the "runex.jar" file. Launcher will start, but the game client itself doesnt load after hitting the Play Now Button Frozen "client outdated" message after clicking the Play Now Button at the launcher Right-click not working properly while ingame Item icon not showing up correctly for some items Client just shows a black screen STEP BY STEP LIST Spoiler Check if you have Java installed / Which Version are you running?
