Hello. I've heard about Runex and decided to give it a go playing it. I registered a forums account today, and I like to have as good of a password as possible, so I used one that was over 20 characters long. When I attempted to log into the launcher, it constantly told me that I had an invalid password. I realized that was because there is a 20 character limit on in-game passwords, so I went onto the forums again and changed my password, but then I realized that the forums password only changes the forums password and not the in-game password. So I'm left with an in-game password over 20 characters long and no way to change it. Could someone please submit a ticket for me to get my password reset so I can play?

I just tried to log in and it says my user/pass is incorrect. I changed the pass on forums but still can't log into game? Help.
