So I donated $75 yesterday and $75 today within the time limit of the promotion but bmt micro was processing my order for a few hours so my promotion timer ran out. Can this be helped?

Please helpppp i had a hard task scroll to alch red chins so i thought it would be smart to do on a slayer task. and i lagged and was at a stand still and clicked a couplle more times and when it came from being at a standstill i was wearing red chins an in the a lch annomation. please help i wont ever bring alching sht to slayer again nor wear anything:(

So I was having issues with my card going through BMT micro or w/e so i called them and they told me that they could push through the orders i tried to make cause i tried several times. I know there was money on my card before cause i checked and now that they pushed the orders through im actually a dollar and some cents in the negative and cant redeem binds either! I have all the receipt in my email and stuff as well.

So i was opening mummy sarcophagus's for a task scroll i had this morning and i was in the middle of killing the last cursed mummy and a "connection lost" message popped up in the corner of my screen and when it finally re connected i was back in edgeville and i saw in chat that i had gotten the drop of nardah robe bottoms but i wasn't able to get them because of the connection issue please help!! i have a pic showing that i got the drop can yall please help me? pic is here please help.. file:///C:/Users/JCBen/Desktop/2018-02-04.png
