Okay, so I believe this is a known issue that is currently happening? Collection log items showing up on it but not actually dropping for the player. This is what I heard from @Abigail But that's not the case for a few items that I have gotten at Daggannoth Supreme so far. In my original post I put in the EDIT to say I received in my chatbox a double drop for a Seercull and I checked immediately and it was not on the ground. Unfortunately I didn't think of taking screenshots of it. This also just happened now at around 11:55PM - 12:05PM when I received a double drop in my chatbox for an Archer's Ring. Heres the screenshot inside the Instanced Dagannoth Cave: No drop after receiving double drop text Here is my collection log picture: Collection log image I know for sure I should have gotten at least 2 seercull's and two Archer's rings, but who knows if I've missed other drops. None of these ever announced to the server as well. I didn't want to make another thread in Bug report about this as I already had this one up and @Mictain already submitted a ticket for me. All I wanted was to finish my elite task scroll with 4 seerculls Q.Q

Hello, Earlier today, around 8:00PM - 8:30PM PST from what I think was the time i completed the Dagannoth Supreme collection log getting the pet as the last drop needed. I was in an instanced dagganoth king spawn and never received any desktop notifications when the pet dropped. The pet was also not in my inventory (inventory was not full) or in my bank (which has extra space for it.) I also never received the mystery chest for completing the log. I checked my bank and inventory. I really don't mind losing the pet but the mystery chest would have been nice, would I be able to get a refund on this? Hopefully this is the correct way to do all of this. Thank you. Account this happened on: Sneaky Account info: Prime Ironman EDIT: At about 11:37PM PST I also just got a double drop of Seercull which I needed for a task bottle step and the item just straight up didn't appear on the ground.. I've heard this is a bug that can happen in Instances? Or it is the dagganoth cave itself that is buggy..?
