If you can go into the discord and ask to speak to one of the staff members, they will either A, confirm your ban and give you the reason and direct you to an appeal (or not depending on severity), or B, confirm the ban is inaccurate/nonexistent (VPN Ip bans, weird DC's, etc) and fix it for your.
